So this concludes my Masters of the Universe as little kiddy people. I know there are more out there, the more obscure ones. But for the most part I think I got all the ones that we all remember. As I was going through the list I started coming across characters I never even heard of, so I am happy with the list. I posted 2 different version, one with the BG and the other without, I couldn't pick which one I like more.

Hello Blake,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy your Masters of the Universe Kiddy figures. I fancy myself quite a "collector", so it would be nice to see all the Masters painted as kiddy figures.
Therefore, I would kindly ask you if you could paint the remaining figures and post them here? These figures include mainly the Evil Horde. In particular, these are Prince Adam, Hordak, Grizzlor, Leech, Mantenna, Modulok, Dragstor, Horde Trooper, and Multi-Bot. Perhaps also Gwildor, Blade, Blast-Attack, and Saurod.
Keep up the great work!
Thanks a lot, and have happy holidays,
MotU-Kiddy-Fan No. 1.
ps: Is it possible to get in email contact with you?
A happy new year to you, Blake,
DeleteI can only agree with this comment. Your Master of the Universe Kiddy figures are quite amazing.
How long did it take you to draw a single MotU picture? Would it be possible for you do draw and publish the remaining figures as well?
I am working on a MotU playing cards game, and I am planning to include your pictures on the cards, as they fit neatly with the style of the game. Therefore, the remaining characters would be great to have in the same Kiddy drawing style, making the story of the game more elaborate, diverse and fun to play.
This card game is at first just for personal pleasure, but if all goes well, there is great potential to make it commercially available, provided you are interested in collaborating.
How about that?
I will check your blog regularly to see your reply. An email contact of yours would also be nice for future correspondence.
Thanks a lot,
MotU-Kiddy-Fan No. 2.
Hello Blake,
ReplyDeleteI am a Singer/Songwriter from Germany performing as "The Black Elephant Band". I have written a small song about Snout Spout, because the character is just so loveable in his absurdness :) I am currently working on a new album and I thought it would be nice to maybe feature your Snout Spout Illustration somewhere on the cover. If you're interested please contact me on facebook or theblackelephantband@web.de. Cool Stuff. Love the Masters of the Universe. Best, Jan
